Can I return my merchandise in store?

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make
things right. Within 14 days of any purchase, Kita Lashel will issue you a merchandise credit or
be glad to exchange your item(s). We do not offer any cash refunds, on all merchandise.

 

Can I return my merchandise Online orders?

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make
things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, Kita Lashel will issue you a refund, once the item
(s) are received back and will issue a refund with the same form of payment. 

 

How do I request a merchandise credit and/or exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange your item(s) or request a merchandise credit, you can email/call us at
orders kitalashel@gmail.com explaining to us that you wish to have an item exchanged.

 

Do you have a return address?

Yes. We accept all merchandise that wishes to be sent back to us for any approved reason
